FAMC New Member - Payment Form

The FAMC fiscal year runs June 1 through May 31. Annual renewals to continue membership in the subsequent fiscal year take place each May.

New member dues are $40 if joining May through December.

We also offer a mid-year discount ($20) if joining January through April.
